GCS was founded by Egyptian Americans Hany El Tamami and Kamal Ghoneim in 2005 where it continued on to deliver IT consulting and software development services in North America and the Middle East.

Hany El Tamami
Mr. El Tamami graduated from Ain Shams University in Egypt and has a degree in Business Administration. Has had a wide experience in delivering business applications and a distinguished career working in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and USA. He established Electronic Business Solutions and Consulting in 2001 in USA with the vision of extending its capabilities to the global market. In 2005 he co-founded Global Consulting Services and Software Development in Egypt as the first step in his vision. His next step was to introduce GCS products and resources to different markets including Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Kamal Ghoneim
Mr. Ghoneim was a Principal at Capgemini and before that a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. From 2005 to 2008, He served as the Executive for client relationship management, he also handled sales and revenue for a major Japanese Automotive OEM. Concurrently he coordinated multiple teams that were working internationally to complete two large-scale Financial Transformation ERP-enabled initiatives. In 2008 he joined GCS as CEO, responsible for client relationship management, establishing primary goals of the board and re-shaping and focusing the organization to its new market goal. He has overseen several accounts in various services, including outsourcing, consulting and systems integration, application management, integrated technology services, maintenance/technical services, and global delivery. His clientele relationships and services have extended to leading international companies worldwide.
